Audra is a professional performer. She has been a featured soloist in several restaurants including the the Casablanca in Philadelphia, the Aladdin in Allentown, PA, the Sahara in Reading, PA and the Cliff House in Easton, NJ. She has also performed at various events such as fairs, festivals, weddings private events. She has studied this dance form with numerous teachers including Serena Wilson of NYC, Elena Lentini of NYC, Habiba of Philadelphia, Shadia, Jade, Johara of Albany NY, Tahya and many others. In addition to prolonged study with her various teachers she has supplemented her dance training with numerous workshops with experts in the field of middle eastern dance. Some of these teachers include: Azsmara, Artemis, Fatiehm, Mo Gadawi, Leila Haddad, Dalia Carella, Jehan Kamal and many more. She has traveled to Egypt and Morocco for immersion in the cultures that have brought us this beautiful dance form.
